Transform the Council.

Win external investment for Croydon.

Fight for a deal on the Council's debt.

The Council does have plans to do this, but they need simplifying, prioritising and concrete delivery plans for action. 
I mean both for the Council and for the town.
17% of our Council’s entire budget is spent on debt interest. I’m the best-placed candidate to sort out these costs. I have already helped secure Fair Funding for Croydon: this is next on my list.
